What we're looking for 

You’ll join a fast-growing US-based food brand focused on building a more transparent and ethical global supply chain. The company partners directly with producers around the world and is redefining how products move from origin to customer. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build and manage demand forecasts across multiple channels, including DTC, wholesale, and retail.
  • Translate forecasts into purchasing and production plans for raw materials and finished goods.
  • Monitor inventory health, balancing availability, freshness, and cash flow.
  • Run a practical S&OP cadence with Sales and Marketing to align demand and supply.
  • Analyze forecast vs actual performance and continuously refine assumptions.
  • Identify risks like stockouts or overstocks and implement actionable solutions.


Requirements

  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, you’re comfortable working with complex models and large datasets.
  • Proven experience in forecasting, demand planning, or inventory management.
  • Ability to manage and maintain rolling forecasts in dynamic environments.
  • Experience leading cross-functional planning processes like S&OP.
  • Strong analytical thinking paired with sound judgment when data is incomplete.
  • Clear communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.


Nice to Have

  • Experience in DTC, CPG, or food-related industries.
  • Exposure to international sourcing, imports, or supplier coordination.
  • Familiarity with agricultural or seasonal supply chains.
