What we're looking for 

You’ll join a fast-growing UK-based wellness brand focused on science-backed supplements for brain and gut health. The company develops products in collaboration with neuroscientists and dietitians, creating daily essentials that are both effective and easy to use. Since launching in 2020, they’ve scaled to over 100,000 subscribers and reached £35M+ ARR, while maintaining a lean, ambitious, and highly collaborative team.

You are a performance-driven Graphic Designer who specializes in static paid social ads. You think beyond aesthetics and design with conversion in mind, understanding that every element in a creative service serves a purpose.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design high-performing static ads for Meta, including Feed, Stories, and thumbnails.
• Create multiple variations per concept to support structured A/B testing.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and bring original creative ideas to the table.
• Iterate on designs based on performance data and creative insights.
• Art direct still shoots when needed, collaborating with photographers and guiding execution.
• Stay on top of trends and continuously analyze what drives engagement and conversions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience designing paid social ads for DTC brands or agencies.
• A strong portfolio focused on performance creatives, not just brand work.
• Deep understanding of visual hierarchy, hooks, and conversion-focused design.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume creative environments.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to speed up workflows and ideation.

Nice to Have

• Experience in health, wellness, or supplements.
• Basic motion design skills for simple animations or GIFs.
• Familiarity with UGC-style creatives and adapting creator content.
• Experience art directing product or lifestyle shoots.
