What we're looking for 

You’ll be joining a fast-growing UK-based health and wellness company focused on science-backed supplements for brain and gut health. Since launching in 2020, the team has scaled to over 100,000 subscribers and built a strong recurring revenue stream, all while staying lean, ambitious, and deeply collaborative.

You’ll step into a creative team where performance drives everything. This is not a handoff role. You’ll be part of the ideation, testing, and iteration cycle, helping shape what goes live and what scales.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Edit high-volume paid social ads for Meta using raw footage, UGC, and shoot assets.
• Craft scroll-stopping hooks through pacing, captions, overlays, and sound design.
• Contribute to creative strategy, brainstorming, and performance reviews.
• Produce multiple variations per concept to support structured A B testing.
• Iterate quickly based on performance data and platform insights.
• Stay on top of trends across Meta and YouTube, applying what works in real time.

Requirements

• 3+ years editing paid social content for a DTC brand or performance agency.
• A strong portfolio focused on ads, not just brand or cinematic work.
• Deep understanding of Meta performance drivers like hooks, pacing, and fatigue.
• Experience working at scale with high output and accountability.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, with additional tools as a plus.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve speed and production quality.

Nice to Have

• Experience shooting or directing video content.
• Familiarity with YouTube ad formats.
• Background as a content creator.
• Experience in health, wellness, or supplements.
